Payments
and
Cancelations
Payments, and Co-Payments (deductible or spenddown) are due before or at the time of appointment. The client is responsible for all fees.

Cancellation Policy: Reflective Pond request rescheduling/cancelling 24 hours in advance. Reflective Pond is aware that 24-hour notice is not always possible, but we request that you reach out prior to your appointment. No matter the reason for the cancellation, under 24-hour notice, you will be responsible for the session fee.
No Call- No Show for Appointments: If this happens you will be responsible for the session fee at the next session.
Weather: If the client or therapist determines that traveling is unsafe due to weather or road conditions, either party my cancel the appointment. There is no payment due if the therapist cancels.
If you decide to cancel a session because of weather or road conditions, please contact the therapist as soon as safely possible. No fee will be required due to weather if the local schools are closed on the same day of the appointment. Otherwise, the client will be responsible for the session fee upon the next appointment.
Rates
Individual Sessions $150
One-on-one sessions with a licensed therapist designed to explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, develop coping strategies, processing events, and support personal growth.
License Reinstatement Evaluation $200
Formal assessment which is needed when an individual is working towards regaining driving privileges after a suspension, or revocation, for DUI or OWI related offenses.
Reduced rate: depends on qualifications. Please ask for more information.

Rates may vary with insurances. Depending on your current health insurance provider, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
Questions to ask your health insurance provider before starting therapy:
1) Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
2) Do I have a deductible or spenddown? If so have I met it for this year?
3) Does my plan limit how many session per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
4) Do I need a written approval from my primary care physician in order services to be covered?
